There are four ways to make a public records request:

PUBLIC SPEAKERS AND EVENTS

In order to request a public speaker, please contact the speakers bureau at
(407) 836-3312.  

  • We provide speakers for your community organization or classroom. Just call or email with the time and date of your meeting to request a guest speaker for your event or organization.
  • Honor Guard: This is a group that provides a formal color guard for various department, law enforcement, and community events.
  • To request the Honor Guard, please send an email to CR-HonorGuard@ocfl.net.

JAIL TOURS

The Orange County Corrections Department is pleased to offer educational tours in person and online to:

  • Law enforcement and corrections academies
  • Criminal justice agencies
  • College and university classes at the request of the professor
  • Community organizations

Tours can accommodate up to 40 people at a time; participants should allow 2 ½ hours for the tour.

Visitors must check in at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time at the North Perimeter building. The tour will not leave without all participants being present.

All tour participants must be at least 18 years of age. There are no exceptions. All jail tour participants must sign a waiver of liability.

Orange County Corrections enforces a strict dress code policy for admittance – shirts must have sleeves (no bare shoulders), form fitting or revealing clothing is prohibited, closed-toe shoes are required and cell phones are not permitted inside the compound. A complete list of prohibited items, along with the dress code, will be provided to your group upon scheduling.

Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes.
