Orange County TDT Application Review Committee

Welcome to the tourist development tax grant application program. A grant application window can be open for either Capital Projects or Events.

The window period for Capital Projects is currently OPEN. The window period for Events is currently CLOSED.

Orange County’s Tourist Development Tax Application Review Committee has announced that it will open a funding window to accept applications for capital grants in excess of $2 million and up to and including $15 million, from eligible organizations from April 1 through and including April 30, 2024. Applications and supporting materials will be accepted through the United Arts Grants Portal. Training and application support to prospective applicants will also be provided by United Arts; staff will be available to assist applicants until April 29th at 5 PM. A recording of the March 25th and 27th information sessions can also be found on the United Arts website for your reference. For cultural tourism and sports events, as well as projects requesting $2 million or less, the County also provides annual funding through two separate competitive processes. Potential applicants may learn more about Arts & Cultural Affairs funding and the Orange County Sports Incentive Committee on the County’s website.
