JAG Ed Byrne Recovery | Dive Team

The Orange County Sheriff's Office Dive Team is a 22-man volunteer group of deputies dedicated to the area of water recovery. To ensure the divers safety within the hazardous environment, this funding will purchase new full-face dive masks and buoyancy compensators to replace the current deteriorated equipment that is over nine years old. This will ensure the maximum safety during each dive. It is estimated that the equipment will be utilized in excess of 50 dives in the next year.
