Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant | Renewable Energy at South Water Reclamation (Digester Cover)

The Orlando Renewable Energy at South Water Reclamation (Digester Cover) project is one of eleven projects in Orange County being funded by the Department of Energy through the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG). This project is part of a larger Biogas recovery project at the South Water Reclamation Facility. The EECBG funds will pay for the installation of one digester cover, allowing a greater collection of methane gas to be used in the production of electricity for the facility.
