Local Agency Program Recovery (LAP-R) | Resurfacing of Lake Underhill Road from the east side of Conway Road to the west side of Rouse Road

This project entails milling and resurfacing all existing travel lanes from east of Conway Road to west of Rouse Road (Mill 2 inches of asphalt from Conway Road to Gaston Foster, and mill 2.5 inches of asphalt in the remainder of the project). Manhole and valve lids will be adjusted as necessary to match the new pavement. Sidewalk crossings at driveways and curb ramps will be reconstructed as necessary to meet ADA criteria. Roadside shoulders will be re-graded as necessary to meet vehicle drop-off criteria. Guardrails will be upgraded as necessary to meet current FDOT criteria. The length of the project is approximately 28,068 feet (5.316 miles) long.
